Cherwell District Council's formal decision notice has not yet been posted on the planning portal but the target decision date has been updated to 6 January 2026, presumably to allow further time for the S.106 conditions to be agreed. The decision could be made at any time and will trigger the six week time period for a judicial review claim to be filed.
