Cherwell District Council was asked to respond to our lawyer's 3 March pre-action protocol letter by Tuesday 17 March 2026 so we await its reply.
Meanwhile we have continued our fundraising campaign with a crowdfunder and large scale leaflet campaign. We are hugely grateful to the many local residents who have helped us with donations and leafleting. The response has been incredible with the total already exceeding £18,000.
We still have significant pledges to follow and are quietly confident that we will achieve our target of £50,000. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our supporters for their generosity.
