We have now received the expected responses to our pre-action protocol (PAP) letter.
Our lawyers are now assessing the responses received from Cherwell District Council, Oxford United Football Club and Oxfordshire County Council (in their capacity as Local Highway Authority).
The PAP letter was the first step towards a judicial review claim and it explains the reasons we believe the council's decision to approve the stadium planning application was unlawful. The potential grounds relate to ancient woodland, protected species, traffic impacts and safety procedures.
