In recent developments, the judge has refused FoSB permission to apply for a judicial review.
BUT this is not unusual at this stage and this scenario was built into our legal fees budget for
that very reason.
Our lawyers have already applied on our behalf for a permission hearing at which our barrister will set out, before another judge, why he believes permission should be granted.
We expect that hearing to be held in late July / early August.
